Surrounding the Epicurean Centre and Cellar Door, the Milawa vineyard is the fruit source for renowned wines such as Patricia Noble Riesling, Shiraz Mondeuse & Cabernet and Dolcetto. It is also home to Brown Brothers grape retrieval and winemaking facilities.

The Brown Brothers vineyards, located throughout Victoria, are as varied as the wines and wine styles. Within a 50km radius of Milawa, climatic conditions range from cool alpine areas to lush temperate valleys to sun drenched plains. Each of the vineyards have been selected on the basis of their suitability for the variety or wine style. Varietal diversity through the Brown Brothers range provides a point of difference and offers consumers the ability to experiment across a range.

Located adjacent to the Cellar Door at Milawa, the Epicurean Centre is a restaurant where you can enjoy sumptuous dishes created to complement the flavours and complexities of Brown Brothers wines.The à la carte menu is available from 11am to 3pm daily with entrée sized serves allowing you to enjoy a number of dishes - savoury or sweet. Each course includes a glass of Brown Brothers wine which has been matched to the dish, taking the guesswork out of wine and food matching for you.
