Delivery & Returns
The first thing to do here is to make sure you have read our Order & Payments section. We want to make sure you know how we have set up our ordering process and that you are comfortable with how it operates. Also to let you know we only accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards for payment.
How much to deliver to your area? - The Delivery Calculator
So there is no confusion - we charge for delivery. There are no gimmicks with how we operate. We have negotiated the best rate we could possibly get from Australia Post and we are passing these rates directly onto you. We could have wrapped this up into a slick marketing offer however we prefer a pretty straight forward approach. We are offering you real wine brands at great prices and then the cost of freight is additional. Simple.
So when you place your order, or even before you place your order, you go to the Australia Post Icon on the site (in fact just to your right and up a little on this page) and enter your information and the calculator will determine how much your freight will cost. Simple. We have set the calculator up so that you enter the number of bottles you are ordering and your post code and then hit calculate...and hey presto a delivery cost will appear. At checkout this is all added up for you. The reason you have to enter bottles is explained in our Ordering and Returns section Supply Terms and Conditions
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to anywhere in Australia except for designated "Dry Areas" as detailed in our Supply Terms and Conditions Supply Terms and Conditions
When do we deliver?
Australia Post deliver Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
How long will my delivery take?
Australia Post are fast and reliable. In normal circumstances we expect your wine order to be delivered within 3 working days of when you placed your order, if you live in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. Outside these areas we would allow up to 5 working days and even longer for remote areas. Please read our official terms.Supply Terms and Conditions It errs on the maximum number of days for delivery, however we will be trying to get your wine to you as fast as possible.
Returns
