The Brown Brothers Moscato Rose wine has a vibrant strawberry pink hue, giving it a light and delicate appearance. Rose petal and red berry aromas along with freshly crushed grapes and a spicy perfume dominate the nose. These characters follow through to the palate along with a fruitiness that is balanced by acidity and spritz.
Fruit for Noble One over the past 25 vintages has been sourced from the same vineyards. Harvest time for each vineyard is determined by monitoring sugar levels and degree of botrytis to determine the optimum level of ripeness and botrytis flavours.
