Cape Mentelle Marmaduke is a Shiraz, Grenache, Mataro blend sourced from Margaret River. It is a fruit forward soft and spicy red wine with the spice and richness of Shiraz tempered by the soft red berry fruits and aromatics of Grenache and the grainy texture and spicy lift of Mataro.
The majority of the Shiraz was grown on Cape Mentelle owned vineyards with the Grenache and Mataro from the Mchenry vineyard, mostly located in the Wallcliffe and Karridale sub regions within the Margaret River appellation.
Lifted varietal mint and black currant aromas combine beautifully with subtle nutmeg oak characters. Cassis and mulberry fruit flavours drives this medium-bodied wine that also has a delightful balance of cedary oak. Juicy black fruit flavours finish beautifully on the back palate with fine tannins.

Brookland Valley is located along Caves Road, in the heart of the premium wine region of Margaret River, Western Australia. A truly beautiful estate with the Wilyabrup Brook as a breathtaking backdrop to all that Brookland Valley has to offer.
The palate is fruit driven with a soft texture. The fine tannin, fruit and oak flavours provide a wine of elegant structure whilst maintaining flavour intensity and richness.

This is a tale of two wines that proved to be a match made in heaven. The Margaret River (Amadeus vineyard) Cabernet component was picked at optimum ripeness and hand sorted to remove any lesser berries. The Mudgee Merlot was from a single vineyard (Wooloomooloo), harvested at optimal flavour, seed and tannin ripeness and showing Merlot’s trademark ripe tobacco leaf character.
Pizza is an oven-baked, flat, disc shaped bread usually topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella and then a selection of meats, salamis, seafood, cheeses, vegetables and herbs depending on taste and culture. We all have our favourites.
