This Chardonnay exhibits a smooth, delicate palate with a mineral lemony acidity, and also shows flavours of stone fruit and grapefruit, interplaying on the palate with creamy toast characters. The wine is integrated and seamless with a crisp acid finish which gives a juicy character to the wine.
Kooyong is located on the Mornington Peninsula at Tuerong and focuses on producing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine; which are both suited to the Peninsula’s cool maritime climate. Estate grown fruit is now supplemented by specially selected purchased parcels of fruit.
Nautilus wines were first released in 1986. Since then, the viticultural focus has been on Marlborough where five exceptional estate owned vineyards complement a small coterie of contract growers. Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc is regarded as one of New Zealand’s most consistent premium quality Sauvignon Blancs.
Nautilus Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in colour with green tinges and a lifted aroma of gooseberry, blackcurrant bud and dried thyme. The palate introduces passionfruit skin and a hint of red capsicum. The wine has a rich mid palate with good texture and a typical zingy finish. Delicious now, this wine will continue to develop over the next six to eighteen months.
Located in Balhannah, Lenswood and the Piccadilly Valley, the hand tended Bridgewater Mill Vineyards are all over 15 years old. They produce premium cool climate Chardonnay fruit from the warmer fringes to the coolest valleys on a variety of soil types.
The Bridgewater Mill Chardonnay is brilliantly yellow in colour with a green tinge. The wine displays citrus to peach and stone fruit flavours, subtle yeast character and soft integrated French Oak.

Selected vineyard parcels were harvested and gently pressed to extract the finest quality juice. A combination of stainless steel and barrel fermentation in French oak has provided a wine of freshness and complexity.

Premium parcels of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc were selected From Amberley Estate vineyards in Margaret River and machine harvested in the cool of night to maximise fruit freshness. Gentle handling in the winery ensured the bright, vibrant fruit flavours were retained.
Various Bridgewater Mill Sauvignon Blanc parcels were fermented with a number of selected yeast strains including some wild yeast, with in tank lees stirring upon completion.
