The Holy Trinity is modelled on the Southern Rhone style wine, which includes Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre, which is ideal for the climate and winemaking techniques of the Barossa Valley. Grant Burge revere the outstanding quality this wine style produces in the Barossa and is quickly becoming as highly regarded and well known as Barossa Shiraz.
Generally with spicy, berry-flavored soft on the palate and a relatively high alcohol content. Grenache is blended with Shiraz and Mourvèdre, otherwise known as "GSM".
