Coldstream Hills Yarra Valley Pinot Noir is sourced from low yielding vineyards in the Lower and Upper Yarra Valley, all fruit is selectively handpicked prior to its delivery into the winery.

Medium red with a purple hue. Attractive varietal fruit characters of cherry and raspberry are evident with underlying gaminess and spice. Toasty oak adds further complexity to the wine's bouquet, but does not dominate. Medium bodied in style with silky texture and length. Cherry and plum fruit characters dominate the palate with underlying gaminess and spice. 

A Medium core with a bright purple rim. Rustic and classic with bright red cherry aromas, cinnamon spice, delicate florals and subtle soy lying underneath. Structural and grippy with firm dusty tannins, cherry stone texture and talcum-like acidity. Subtle oak influence sits in the background giving the wine freshness, lift and depth of flavour.

Kooyong is located on the Mornington Peninsula at Tuerong and focuses on producing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine; which are both suited to the Peninsula’s cool maritime climate. Kooyong is a ‘domain’ in the true sense of the word and the wines are made from 100% estate grown fruit at its own on-site winery.

Vibrant ruby red in colour. Bright raspberry and cherry notes. A rich, powerful, and complex palate. The richness and generosity are balanced by firm tannins that are typical, and a hint of rhubarb and a mineral (graphite) edge adds further interest on the finish. This has the density of fruit and the structure to age extremely well. With careful cellaring, this wine has very good potential for ageing.

Ideal vineyard conditions and gentle handling in the winery are essential to produce really good pinot. Pinot Noir is medium bodied with soft berry fruit, earthy tones, savoury characters, complexity, structure, length and balance. 

The De Bortoli Gulf Station Yarra Valley Pinot Noir shows complex red and dark berry aromas with underlying earth and forest floor characters. Medium bodied with intense berry and spice flavours, texture, length and balance. 

Kooyong is located on the Mornington Peninsula at Tuerong and focuses on producing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine; which are both suited to the Peninsula’s cool maritime climate. The vintage was characterised by an early start and above average yields.

Vibrant ruby red colour, Opulent with juicy cherry and raspberry perfumed notes and a supporting minerality. A finely structured palate supported by persistent acidity and tannin. This wine shows richness and depth supported by juicy fruits including raspberry and cherry. It has a good linear palate and is supported with subtle oak. An elegant wine which is both approachable when young, and showing potential for further improvement with age. With careful cellaring, this wine has good potential for ageing.
