The Jansz Premium NV Cuvée is based upon Jansz wines of several vintages. Specially selected and crafted individual batches from cool climate locations in Tasmania form this wine. Every site used to source grapes is specifically designated to growing fruit for sparkling wine.
Jansz Premium NV Cuvée is a Chardonnay-dominant style that has finesse and balance with complexity and length of flavour. The bouquet shows lifted aromas of honeysuckle and citrus fruits from the Chardonnay, with nougat and roasted nuts derived from the tirage age, while the Pinot Noir contributes delicate strawberry. The palate is well balanced with delicate fruit flavours, creaminess and fresh acid, leading to a dry, light finish with lingering flavours of citrus and nougat.
A lively and effervescent Sparkling Rose made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The fruit is harvested at its peak of freshness to give bright and vibrant characters. To ensure a fine palate structure, only free run juice is used and this is then cold fermented to preserve the natural fruit aroma and flavour. This wine has a lively effervescence and being produced in a drier style exhibits bright fruit and crisp acidity.

Gentle pressing in the winery produces juices of elegance, finesse and soft flavour, essential for the making of quality sparkling wine. A degree of natural pink colour is also preserved in the finished wine to produce this sparkling Rosé style.
Soft pink colour with a fine and persistent mousse. The Pinot Noir characters are showcased in this wine, with fresh strawberry and red currant notes followed by some delicate citrus from the Chardonnay. Generous red berry and citrus fruit flavours enrich the palate with creamy yeast autolysis providing depth and flavour. The wine finishes soft and round, with lingering berry flavours.
