Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc have traditionally been a perfect blend by winemakers all around the world. Australian wine makers are very experienced at creating a delightful balance with the two grape varieties.

Carefully selected parcels of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes were chosen for this wine due to their unique properties and blending potential. Picked at their optimum maturity level in the cool of the early morning, the parcels were delivered directly to the winery and gently crushed. The pristine free-run juice was separated from the grapes, slowly settled and fined before being racked and warmed for fermentation. Following fermentation, the wine was lees stirred to enhance the richness across the mid palate and provide complexity for the final wine.

Grape Varietal: 66% Semillon, 30% Sauvignon Blanc

Colour: Pale straw with light green hues.

Aroma: Fresh and vibrant citrus, snow pea and passion fruit aromas are harmoniously integrated on this intense and varietal nose.

Palate: Tropical and citrus flavours show on this wine's refreshing palate. A zesty acid backbone provides structure and length while the short amount of time on lees provides weight and texture to this fine palate.
