This delicious, ground-breaking blended wine from viticultural regions on opposite sides of the country owes its silky texture to Mudgee and ethereal shiraz aromas to Frankland River. Elegant and stylish, it drinks well throughout all seasons.
The grapes were harvested from the Acacia Ridge Vineyard in Frankland River and the Oatley family’s Wooloomooloo Vineyard in northern Mudgee. The two wines were made separately according to traditional winemaking practices and blended after fermentation then matured in French oak barrels for about 15 months before bottling at the family’s Mudgee winery
