Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc have traditionally been a perfect blend by winemakers all around the world. Australian wine makers are very experienced at creating a delightful balance with the two grape varieties.

Premium parcels of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc were selected from our vineyards in Margaret River and machine harvested in the cool of night to maximise fruit freshness. Gentle handling in the winery ensured the bright, vibrant fruit flavours were retained. The juice was racked and fermented at cool temperatures of between 13˚C and 16˚C in 100% stainless steel tanks. Following the completion of fermentation, the individual parcels were matured on lees for approximately 2 months enabling the development of additional texture and complexity. The wine was then blended, fined and bottled in August.
Brilliant and bright, the wine is pale straw in colour with green tinges. Highly aromatic, the nose displays the classic characteristics of cut grass, lime leaf and lemongrass. The palate bursts with crisp and lively flavours of granny smith apples, kiwifruit and lime zest. Refreshing acidity is complemented by fruit sweetness to provide a palate of good length.
