Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc have traditionally been a perfect blend by winemakers all around the world. Australian wine makers are very experienced at creating a delightful balance with the two grape varieties.

The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night and processed quickly on arrival at the winery; little skin contact was given as the fruit was in such good condition with excellent flavour. The juices were cool fermented in temperature controlled Stainless steel tanks, and the wine was given four months yeast lees contact to add to the softness and flavours of the wines. Minimal handling and limited filtration has added to the flavour and softness of this classic Margaret River wine.
Pale straw with green hues, this wine displays light herbaceous aromas, reminiscent of freshly mown hay, along with hints of passionfruit, lemon and a touch of fresh tobacco.
The palate is soft and fine, yet mouth filling. This is a wine that displays great balance of flavour, softness, crisp acid backbone and a long, persistent finish.
