Moscato is produced from a Muscat Alexandria or Frontignac with a sweet spicy, tropical fruit flavours. Commonly used to produce a sweeter style of wine.

The grapes for this blend are picked, pressed and the juice fermented between 12-14 ºC. The ferment is then stopped at 6.5% alcohol to achieve a semi sparkling wine naturally low in alcohol, balanced by natural fruit sweetness.
A highly perfumed wine with notes of apricot, apple and pear. A refreshing wine –low in alcohol, but not light in flavour. The frizzante nature of the wine gives the wine freshness and lift. As the ferment is stopped, natural grapesugars remain in the wine, adding sweetness and body to the wine.
