Formally known as a Classic Dry White Wine. The Classic White is predominantly blended with Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Chardonnay grape varieties.
The fruit was sourced from both the Taylors Estate and carefully selected Clare Valley growers. Fruit was harvested in the early morning prior to the sun rising and the ambient temperature increasing. The Chardonnay grapes were gently whole berry pressed whilst a very small parcel of Viognier grapes were de-stemmed and then pressed. The juice from both parcels was then transferred to stainless steel tanks. Fermentation was carried out at approximately 15°C. Post fermentation the two parcels were blended and prepared for bottling. Minimal filtration was employed prior to bottling this wine.

Colour : At release the wine is a pale straw colour with a slight green tinge to the edge.
Aroma : At release, the wine has very lifted fresh aromas of tropical fruit, passionfruit, lemon, lime and a subtle rosewater character.
Palate : At release, the wine has clean, fresh flavours of citrus and a touch of spice. The mid palate displays guava and melon characters with an overall well-balanced acidity. The finish is refreshing and fruity.
