Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc have traditionally been a perfect blend by winemakers all around the world. Australian wine makers are very experienced at creating a delightful balance with the two grape varieties.

The Semillon parcels were harvested in February and Sauvignon Blanc between February and March 2009. The grapes were gently de-stemmed, pressed and the juice cold settled. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel at warm temperatures to maintain the varietal expression of the wine.
WINE COLOUR: The wine is a pale straw colour with a green hue.
WINE BOUQUET: The wine has lifted fresh tropical fruit aromas of guava and passionfruit. The bouquet also displays zesty lemon and subtle freshly cut grass.
WINE PALATE: This is a juicy wine with subtle lemon, lime and passionfruit characters along with fleshy tropical fruit. The palate is smooth and mouth-filling with a clean, refreshing acidity on the finish.
