Formally known as a Classic Dry White Wine. The Classic White is predominantly blended with Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Chardonnay grape varieties.

The Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc vineyards were picked at slightly lower Baumes than usual in Margaret River, capturing fine aromas, crisp primary fruit flavours and good, clean acid structure. The Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc juices were then fermented under cool conditions with specially selected yeasts to ensure the aromas and flavours are accentuated for this classic Margaret River blend.
Vasse Felix Classic Dry White is a lovely pale straw colour with bright green tinges.Vibrant, pretty aromas of fresh, guava and green passionfruit combine beautifully with a hint of lemon zest. Subtle scents of musk, yellow rose petals and green savoury herbs also emerge with a flinty mineral note adding a clean lift to this enticing bouquet. The palate is vibrant and clean with hints of citrus, passionfruit and pink grapefruit. Fresh lines of acidity carry the pristine primary fruit across the palate ensuring the lively balance between Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc is framed perfectly.
